In the summer of 1999, we hit artesian water on our 24 acre plot, which led to the digging of our first pond, stocked with gamefish later that year. 2 years later we jumped into the Koi business and never looked back.  Our business grew quickly as the Koi craze was in full swing, so we added 14 more ponds and 4000 sq. ft. indoors, and ended up wholesaling koi to many retail outlets in 7 states.
